KAEVA Collective runs this website and store with the goal of making your shopping experience smooth, easy, and enjoyable. By browsing our products or placing an order, you agree to follow the policies outlined on this page.
Shipping Policy
KAEVA Collective aims to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience for all our customers. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once orders have been shipped. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control.
All orders include tracking, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
KAEVA Collective is not responsible for postal delays, lost parcels due to incorrect address details, or any issues that occur once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders allow you to secure new KAEVA pieces before they officially launch. Payment is taken at the time of pre-order to guarantee your chosen size and style.
Please note:
- Estimated turnaround is 3–4 weeks from the end of the pre-order period.
- If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, all items will be shipped together once everything is ready.
- Pre-orders cannot be changed or cancelled, as production schedules are final.
- Delivery dates are estimates and may vary slightly due to supplier or carrier delays. We’ll notify you by email if this occurs.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Returns & Exchanges
We want every KAEVA piece to make you feel confident. If you need to return an item, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit or exchanges.
Return guidelines:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags attached.
- Refunds are not available for change of mind.
- You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or was sent incorrectly.
To initiate a return, please email KaevaCollective@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Order changes
After an order has been submitted, we cannot promise that changes can be made. If you need to adjust your shipping address or item size, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is dispatched.
Faulty Items
Every KAEVA product is carefully checked before it leaves our studio. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please email KaevaCollective@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, including photos and your order number. We will organise a replacement or refund, depending on availability.
Privacy & Security
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information, including name, contact details, shipping address, and payment information, is collected to:
- Process and deliver your orders
- Communicate order updates and support requests
- Personalize your shopping experience
- Meet legal and security requirements
Your data may be shared with Shopify and trusted third-party providers (e.g., for shipping, payment processing, analytics) but is never sold or traded.
All transactions are encrypted, and information is kept only as long as needed to fulfill orders or comply with legal obligations. While we take precautions, no online system is completely secure — we recommend using unique passwords and keeping your account details private.
